The following terms and conditions govern all use of the CoreCliq.com website and all content, services, and products available at or through the website (taken together, the "Website"). The Website is owned and operated by CoreCliq ("CoreCliq"). The Website is offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies (including, without limitation, CoreCliq’s Privacy Policy), and procedures that may be published from time to time on this Site by CoreCliq (collectively, the "Agreement").

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any part of the Website, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you may not access the Website or use any services. The Website is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old.

2. Your CoreCliq.com Account
If you create an account on the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and are fully responsible for all activities under it. You must immediately notify CoreCliq of unauthorized uses of your account or breaches of security. CoreCliq will not be liable for acts or omissions by you, including damages resulting from such acts or omissions.

3. Content Responsibility
If you post, comment, or make material available on the Website ("Content"), you are entirely responsible for that Content and any harm resulting from it. By submitting Content, you represent and warrant that:

  • The Content does not infringe third-party rights (copyright, patent, trademark, or trade secrets).

4. Payment and Renewal

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Contact refund@corecliq.com for refund inquiries.

  • Automatic renewal applies unless canceled before the subscription period ends.

  • Fees may be changed with 30 days’ prior notice. Cancel services anytime by emailing support@corecliq.com.

5. Intellectual Property
This Agreement does not transfer CoreCliq’s intellectual property (trademarks, logos, content) to you. All rights remain with CoreCliq.

6. Third-Party Links and Content
CoreCliq is not responsible for content on third-party websites linked to/from the Website. Use third-party content at your own risk.

7. Termination
CoreCliq may terminate access to the Website at any time, with or without cause. Paid accounts may be terminated for material breaches unresolved within 30 days.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Website is provided "as is." CoreCliq disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability
CoreCliq is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, data loss, or costs exceeding fees paid in the prior 12 months.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by Florida law. Disputes will be resolved in Miami-Dade County courts or through JAMS arbitration in Miami, Florida.

11. Changes to Terms
CoreCliq may modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
